We are currently seeking an Electronics Engineer in Milford, MA.
Looking for an independent, self-motivated Electrical Engineer to join the product development team and assume responsibility for the electrical system architecture and design of our industry-leading computer and display products.
In this role, you will work across the organization with a focus on new product development, problem solving, and root cause analysis.
Other responsibilities of the position include supporting agency compliance efforts, test strategy development, and process improvements.

As a (an) Electronics Engineer your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design of high quality, rugged and innovative computer solutions.
Work alongside the Mechanical and Software team on new product development.
Create engineering-grade documentation, which will include:
System and board-level schematics, block diagrams, specifications, etc.
Technical requirements documents.
Test and validation plans and engineering reports.
Ensure system designs meet compliance requirements for passing FCC, UL and other pertinent regulatory agency tests.
Proficient with engineering lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, debuggers, etc.
) Participate and contribute to design reviews.
Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Solid understanding of electronic fundamentals, solid engineering practices, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Competency with electronic CAD software; preferably Cadence OrCad-Allegro and/or Altium.
Strong hands-on skills assembling prototypes and demonstrable proficiency in debugging at the board and system level.
Knowledge of personal computer hardware (Intel/AMD) and common computer interfaces (USB, Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, DisplayPort, HDMI) is important.
Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables, and consistent drive to complete assignments is essential.
Experience with microcontroller firmware development is a strong plus.
