Statement of Purpose:
The Registered Nurse maintains responsibility for the provision of professional nursing care demonstrated through the nursing process involving assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation.The Registered Nurse must demonstrate a competent level of behavior in a professional role, including activities related to promotion of quality of care, performance appraisal, education, collegiality, ethics, collaboration, research and resource utilization(Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice - ANA, 2010).
Qualifications:
Education:Graduate of an accreditedschoolofNursingfor Registered Nurses
Certification / License: Current RN license inMassachusetts,BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience:Minimum of 1 year Experience in Emergency Care preferred.Previous ICU/Critical Care or completed Coronary Care course considered.
Req. # 7110CEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
