years management experience in commercial property or commercial casualty products underwriting.
Bachelors degree and CPCU or equivalent.
Track record developing underwriters and building agent and broker relationships.
Base salary to $140,000, bonus plan; company matched 401(K) and pension; full family company paid prscription, medical and dental plan; discounted personal lines insurance; fitness club membership; tuition reimbursement; credit union; generous vacation and paid time off; up to 4 weeks paid vacation.
