Office Manager

Exciting opportunity to join our growing and highly regarded, stable organization as an Office Manager in our Emergency Services program!

The Office Manager will assist the Program Director in managing all administrative support functions of the Emergency Services Program, including:
billing
insurance procedures
record keeping
computerization of clinical services
payroll tracking
data management
purchasing
arranging psychiatric coverage schedule for Emergency Services team

The Office Manager will also function as the liaison to the Administrative Offices in Dedham for third party, contract billing and payroll.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Required Skills
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
At least 3 years of experience in administrative support required
At least 1 year supervisory experience required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Medical billing experience is strongly preferred

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
