Lead Generator

Heavy Equipment Organization seeking an experienced full-time Lead Generation Sales Representative. The lead generation sales representative will be responsible for developing new accounts by contacting prospective customers through outbound direct calling (cold calling), email, direct mail and other promotional campaigns to increase sales of equipment, parts and service solutions to new retail customers.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
High school diploma or (GED) equivalent.
Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ability to assess customer needs and evaluate customer satisfaction.
Previous phone sales experience.
Strong negotiating skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Must have strong problem solving skills and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
o Successful sales experience.
o Heavy equipment service/maintenance knowledge a plus.
o Knowledge of construction machinery and its applications by customers is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
